Common questions
No departures showing?
- Check you have an internet connection.
- Tap Refresh now on the selected stop.

On first launch, wait for timetable data to finish downloading, or tap
continue without timetables — live departures still work for many stops.
Times look wrong?

Live times come from the National Transport Authority feed and can change
when buses are delayed or cancelled.
- Try refreshing — times are updated when you refresh the board.
Walk / drive times missing?
- Allow location permission when prompted (optional).
- You can still use departures without location.
Widget not working?

Long-press the home screen → add the DueIn widget → pick your stop.
- Tap the widget to open the app at that stop.
